I started Deficit to help people change the way they think about food.
There is too much noise in the industry, but no one is being shown how to achieve long-lasting fat loss. There are too many fad diets that are not sustainable.
Restrictive diets DO NOT WORK!! This is where Deficit comes in. We spend time working out your Deficit so you can loose fat, but still allow you all the foods you love. It's not about overindulging, but it's about having a better relationship with food. And the rest will fall into place!!
